Kia's got a lot of Soul, and now in 2010 Kia announces an updated version. The 2010 Kia Soul isn't receiving much of an engine lift this Summer season, but the Soul will get its Ignition pumped up.
Kia's special-edition Ignition Souls are factory custom builds with a lot of visual upgrades with nothing new as far as the performance side. The Ignition is the second special-edition Soul, following last year's Denim Soul, which sadly didn't actually have denim inside. But it still looked great on dealership lots like Bay Automotive - 6970 North Military Highway - Norfolk, VA 23518.
The interior of the Ignition Soul has black cloth seats with Soul print on the backrests, an new upgraded stereo with six speakers, a subwoofer, a 315-watt amp, and wild speaker lights that pulse with the beat of the music. An iPod connection cable and Bluetooth round out the nice stereo upgrades.
At a starting price of $17,500, The New Kia Soul Ignition Special Edition comes with a rally-inspired skin painted Ignition Orange and sporting offset black racing stripes. There's also black 18-inch wheels with machined accents, a sunroof, and an alloy fuel-filler door.
Kia's Soul claimed its spot in pop culture fame with the Hamster driving music video from 2009's Super Bowl ads. Since then, the small, sporty and affordable hatchback has flown off dealer lots and has fans all over the internet buzzing.
Kia throws in the standard 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, a five-year/60,000-mile limited basic warranty and a five-year/100,000-mile anti-perforation warranty with that. A five-year/60,000-mile roadside assistance plan is also included.
